Users download the TreasureUP app on their mobile phones and gain access to all museums that are part of the platform. In the museum, they start a mission that guides them through the exhibits using various types of questions. Upon completing the mission, users receive a Bronze, Silver, or Gold medal, depending on their results. Each medal comes with a digital reward (an AR photo with an exhibit, a selfie with a 3D filter or Poster) and a physical reward (for a Gold medal – a 3D-printed coin with a code for participation in a physical raffle).
